I can't believe it took me so long to find Richard's music. I feel I missed so much… |

I listened to FC in 1968 but lost track of Richard until 2004! Since then, not a day goes by without some form of attention to his work. What a treasure. I have appreciated how the website enables fans to keep up with breaking news, write to Richard, and to partake in how he is appreciated by others. The fact that I think of him as "Richard" is testament to his making himself "accessible" without bothering us with more than the necessary persona. I simply have great admiration for the man and his spiritual practice, the artist, the musician, and the humorist. Carry on! |

Hullo RT, I've enjoyed your music since the Fairport days, and also followed you when you split from Fairport(I'm one of the owners of Henry the Human Fly, on vinyl, no less). Then for some reason for a while I only caught up with your music every decade or so. Now I'm back to keeping track of your new recordings, as I'm really enjoying Sweet Warrior. I play it as I drive from orange co to the sf valley weekly--anyone who can find a rhyme for pajamas is okay in my book.... Seriously, though, popular music is okay, I even like a lot of it (or used to) but some of it's drivel and I'm glad you walk the road you walk and issue something wonderful how ever often you do so, as opposed to cranking out something not worth listening to way too often. Thank you--for the wonderful songs & great performances. |

I still remember a great anecdote Richard told when I somewhat facetiously called out "Stairway to Heaven" when 1000 Years of Popular Music played the Birchmere in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. Featured Robert Plant... |

I just returned from the Denver Botanic Gardens concert and having seen you many times, Richard, it is always a wonderful evening, but I swear you played Bees Wing just for me, at my request... and I have never heard it live before... thank you with all my heart! Your music touches my soul... |

Can you tell me what is happening with the TAB book? I see from Maartin it is in Richard's hands for checking. What is the prognosis? Is it fatal? Will there be much suffering? |

mvyradio.com is going to be streaming Richard's Lowell MA show (weather, life and all things good cooperating) on Sat. June 28th; and, then, will have it up in Archives to listen to, again! |
